Kurt advises domestic and international companies in the areas of contract law, complex financial transactions, and risk mitigation. Kurt has a background in civil disputes of all types, with particular experience in construction, fraud, contract, and business litigation. Through his litigation experience, he has developed a strong understanding of the reasons why disputes arise and how they can be avoided through early intervention and proper planning. Kurt prides himself on his ability to look at a transaction, identify the key areas where litigation risk is high, and offer practical strategies to mitigate such risk.

Kurt currently lives in Zürich, Switzerland, where he specializes in FinTech. In his life prior to becoming a lawyer, Kurt served as adjunct professor of piano at a Florida college. He is an avid jazz fan.
