van Joseph is an associate in Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP’s Corporate & Transactional Team. His practice focuses on general corporate matters including business structuring, entity formation, intellectual property, compliance, contract drafting, due diligence, corporate governance, and general transactional matters.

Evan works closely with companies at various stages of growth across a range of industries and transactions.

During law school, Evan served as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, where his scholarly note on pop music and copyright infringement was published. His academic work explored the intersection of creativity, technology, and intellectual property law, an interest that continues to inform his approach to advising clients in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Evan graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City and earned Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees with honors from the University of Florida.
