Andrea Fiocchi

ndrea Fiocchi is an equity Partner at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP and one of the residing partners in charge of the Firm’s New York office. Together with other Partners, Andrea developed the Firm’s New York office’s client base creating brand awareness both locally and internationally.

Andrea is a dual national of the United States and Italy and is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York, and England & Wales.

Areas of Practice

Due to the large number of foreign expatriate clients, Andrea has contributed to develop Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP’s “expat law” practice.

Andrea specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate / construction law, both transactional and litigation, with a special focus on private equity investments, high-profile investments and developments, sale, purchase and lease of commercial and residential real estate, purchase and sale of private aircraft and yachts, corporate structuring and restructuring, joint ventures, distributorship and agency agreements, licensing, international sale of goods, franchising, executive employment and compensation agreements, mergers and acquisitions, financing agreements, business immigration and all aspects of corporate governance and the relationship amongst shareholders, partners and members.

Andrea routinely advises companies on the establishment of holding structures, subsidiaries, choice of business entity and jurisdiction, representative offices, and joint ventures in the United States and overseas. Andrea advises clients on various forms of complex cross-border transactions and/or disputes involving parties from multiple jurisdictions, and assists clients in establishing their day-to-day operations and managing day-to-day governance matters.

Andrea also routinely advises clients on commercial litigation, enforcement of foreign judgments in the U.S. and business immigration.

Andrea has developed in depth knowledge of and expertise in the recurring issues within the life of various entities and group of entities, including, inter alia, the relationship and/or disputes between shareholders, partners and members, financing, tax planning, restrictions on the transfer of shares/interest as well as matters that typically affect international investors operating in the U.S. & overseas.
