Andrew Franco

ndrew is an Associate Attorney at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP who represents foreign clients on corporate, commercial, real estate and corporate immigration matters. Andrew’s practice focus is on advising foreign and domestic clients on all aspects of business formation, development, and operations.

Andrew comes to the firm from an immigration practice where he provided multilingual representation before USCIS and the Federal EOIR Courts in a multitude of immigration matters. Andrew has also interned for a New York State Supreme Court Judge on complex civil matters as well as the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Andrew has also worked for a V-50 law firm on international merger and acquisition matters where he utilized his language skills to assist multinational corporate clients with transnational deals. He also worked for a United States Senator where he initiated federal casework and conducted legislative research on federal regulations that touched upon New York constituent concerns.

Andrew is fluent and has worked professionally in both Spanish and French and has a limited working proficiency in Portuguese.

Andrew holds a B.A in International Relations from Columbia University in the City of New York and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.
