arlo Giovannetti is an equity Partner at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP, a boutique international firm with offices in New York, London, Denver and Stuttgart. Mr. Giovannetti is one of the residing partners in charge of the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Giovannetti is admitted to practice in New York State and in Italy.

Mr. Giovannetti practices in a wide range of domestic and international areas, including business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, business sales, corporate governance, private offerings of securities, fund formations, executive employment and compensation agreements, distributorship and agency agreements.

Mr. Giovannetti’s experience covers a broad cross-section of intellectual property and technology matters involving, among others, trademarks, data protection and privacy, licensing, copyrights, personality and image rights.

Mr. Giovannetti’s practice also encompasses advising on wealth planning, international residence and citizenship planning, tax planning, FATCA and CRS compliance, FIRPTA.

Mr. Giovannetti is a trusted adviser to a clientele that includes established small to middle market companies and start-up and fast-growth businesses as well as high-net worth individuals based in the US and overseas.

He often acts as outside general counsel to US affiliates of foreign enterprises, advising management on corporate governance and all legal matters arising from their business operations.

He provides advice to companies in a wide range of industries, including fashion labels, fashion models, talents, artists, model agencies and other ventures in the creative and entertainment industries, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, food and hospitality.
