She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York and North Carolina. She also practices in various state and federal administrative tribunals.

Before focusing on her private practice, Christine was a prosecutor with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she investigated and prosecuted a variety of street crimes, violent felony offenses, domestic violence and white collar crime. Once Christine left public service to join the private sector, she focused on litigation with a private firm where she defended a variety of general liability claims, represented contractors in complex construction cases and represented various companies, both small and large, in premises liability and employment claims. Christine has successfully handled every aspect of litigation for her clients over the years, including all phases of discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial, mediations, settlement negotiations and appeals. She is a seasoned negotiator, litigator and trial attorney.

In February 2007, Christine started her own litigation law firm in New York City. Over the years she grew the firm into a successful employment law practice protecting employee rights and resolving their employment disputes. In January 2018, Christine decided to expand her firm Southeast and she has now set up shop in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A native New Yorker and life-long Upper West-Sider, Christine is a graduate of the Brearley School, Columbia College and Fordham Law School. She now also enjoys life in the Queen City from Uptown to Ballantyne and all the greenways in between.

Christine represents all employees, from the C-Suite executive, to the server at your favorite restaurant chain. She negotiates executive compensation agreements, severance agreements, employment contracts and independent contractor agreements for her clients. She represents and negotiates for her clients in private mediations, at the EEOC, through the federal sector EEO process, and at FINRA. She helps clients who have been discriminated against based on their race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation and other protected classes. She represents clients who have been denied a reasonable accommodation for their disability. She regularly represents clients at the EEOC and in state and federal courts. She is an experienced trial attorney, and she gets results.
