DIERK REINHARDT

ierk Reinhardt is an equity Partner at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP, a boutique international firm with offices in New York, London, Denver and Stuttgart. Dierk is the residing partners in charge of the firm’s Stuttgart office and liaison with Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP’s cooperation partner the German litigation law firm Legasus.

Dierk is admitted to practice in Germany.

Areas of Practice

Dierk has contributed to develop Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP’s internationally operating German client base focusing on the client’s international expansion from the US into Germany and, together with other Partners, from Germany into the US. Dierk area of the law covers the three stages of expansion, internal operations, and transactions in the marketplace.

Expansion including international holding structures, direct investments by the incorporation of a foreign subsidiary, choice of entity, and requirements of corporate governance. Internal operation of companies including shareholder agreements, private equity investments, executive and employee/independent contractor agreements.

Transactions of companies in the marketplace including mergers and acquisitions, transactional corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, distribution and commercial agent law, international sale of goods and service contracts, matters of intellectual property, and real estate law.

Clientele

Dierk represents privately held companies based in the Germany or the US operating in Germany. Dierk’s clients operate in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, food and hospitality, engineering, retail and finance.
