ason Huf is a commercial and corporate lawyer with experience working in Middle Eastern countries, with a particular focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Huf’s career-long commitment remains providing high-quality, international-level professional services to investors doing business in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Jason is often sought for advice on matters flowing through RSF’s London office and directly supports the work of RSF’s London office.
During a period of more than two decades, he has helped a wide range of clients including Oil & Gas, Industrial, Construction, Banking and Financial Services, Education, Interactive Entertainment, FMCG Distribution, Franchising and Real Estate companies, each with a variety of concerns related to their corporate, licensing, regulatory and contractual matters in different GCC jurisdictions, principally Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
As International Legal Consultant, or “Mustashar Kanooni Dawli”, with Mutlak Ali Al Nejrani, Lawyers & Legal Consultants in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Mr. Huf provides real-time counsel close to the center of his clients’ GCC regional operations, and regularly consults on Commercial, Corporate, Banking (Conventional and Shari’ah-compliant) and Energy Law in connection with foreign direct investments in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Huf maintains a formal Of Counsel relationship with RSF via our law offices in New York and London, where he advises clients on Saudi Law, and from which he can muster and lead a powerful wealth of diverse international-level resources to provide a broad spectrum of legal services related to doing business in Saudi Arabia and other GCC member state jurisdictions.
Jason largely divides his time between Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and his home in the northeastern United States where he sometimes works remotely. He makes regular visits to the New York and London offices, and frequently travels to Istanbul and Cairo, as well as Riyadh (KSA), Abu Dhabi (UAE), Muscat (Oman), and other cities in the GCC market.
