ason is a commercial and corporate lawyer with experience working in Middle Eastern countries, with a particular focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jason consults on Commercial, Corporate, Banking (Conventional and Shari’ah) and Energy Law in connection with foreign direct investments in Saudi Arabia. While working and living in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Jason advised a wide range of clients including Oil & Gas, Industrial, Construction, Education, Interactive Entertainment, FMCG Distribution, Franchising and Real Estate companies with a variety of concerns related to their corporate, licensing, regulatory and contractual matters.
