ustin Loveland is an Associate Attorney at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP who represents clients in all stages of litigation, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and in select international law matters. Justin’s litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation in federal and New York State courts.

Justin comes to the firm from a small general practice litigation firm, and before that he served as a legal consultant/advisor to the Truth, Reconciliation and National Unity Commission of Seychelles. He has also consulted with and done research for various nonprofit and intergovernmental organizations, including on themes of international women’s land rights, refugee law, corruption/money in politics, and rule of law in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, and he has assisted various United Nations bodies.

During law school, Justin was an Executive Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and Director of the Seattle chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project. He interned with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, and at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San José, Costa Rica. He is fluent and has worked professionally in Spanish and French.

Justin holds a B.A. in French/Spanish from Western Washington University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York, and currently serves on the NYC Bar Association’s African Affairs Committee and United Nations Committee.
