arah E. Tallent is an equity Partner at Reinhardt LLP. Reinhardt LLP is a boutique international firm with offices in New York, Denver and Stuttgart. Sarah is one of the residing partners in charge of the firm’s New York office and participates in spearheading the firm’s management and development. During her tenure at the firm, Sarah has been active in attracting new clients as well as ensuring that client retention remains high.

Areas of Practice and Clientele

Sarah’s area of practice focuses on corporate, commercial law and real estate. She typically advises clients of all sizes on matters relating to the commencement, development and winding up of their activities in the United States and overseas.

Typical projects include joint ventures, reorganizations, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, strategic partnerships, financing and refinancing transactions, executive compensation agreements, distribution and agency agreements as well as agreements for the sale of goods and supply of services.

Sarah works with foreign businesses and high-net worth individuals investing in, managing and developing residential and commercial real estate in the United States, from the single apartment, to a condominium conversion or commercial building.

Sarah has ample experience in assisting foreign clients setting up businesses in the United States and is able to provide a full range of legal services from advising on choice of entity and jurisdiction, incorporation of the investment structure, leasing of premises, registering intellectual property rights, hiring personnel and obtaining the appropriate type of business/employment visa. In addition to legal advice, she is able to provide clients with practical insight on the issues they will face and how to resolve them.

Sarah additionally advises clients on insolvency proceedings, commercial litigation, credit collection and the enforcement of judgments.
