Selina Maddock

elina joined Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP after serving as general counsel at a prominent New York union construction company where she provided expert and strategic legal advice to the management team and managed all the company’s legal matters. Her duties included the review, drafting, and negotiation of all type of construction contracts, litigation, DOB and OSHA violations, subpoenas, leases, corporate compliance and governance, worker’s compensation and personal injury claims, and all HR related matters such as drafting and implementing procedures and policies, employment and severance agreements, union grievances, as well as filing all immigration petitions on behalf of the company.

She also has extensive experience in collective bargaining agreements, project labor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, financing including bridge loans, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, government investigations, working directly with public agencies including the New York City Department of investigations, cannabis law, wills and trusts, and matrimonial matters including uncontested divorces, separation agreements, and as well pre- and post- nuptial agreements.

Selina previously worked in an immigration firm in downtown New York for several years. Born and raised in Ireland, Selina moved to NYC after completing her law degree and is admitted to the New York Bar. Prior to law school, she earned a BA in Microbiology from Trinity College Dublin.
