Stefan Savic is a partner at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP, where he represents clients in complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and strategic business issues across a wide range of industries. His practice focuses on high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Drawing on substantial courtroom and dispute-resolution experience, Stefan also advises businesses and entrepreneurs on proactive risk management and corporate strategy. He regularly counsels clients on business formation, governance, shareholder and operating agreements, employment matters, licensing arrangements, and other transactional issues, with an emphasis on anticipating and mitigating future disputes before they arise.
