Valeria Monteiro

aleria Monteiro is an Immigration Associate at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP. Ms. Monteiro is a licensed attorney admitted to the Florida Bar as of September 2019. She started her law career at Reinhardt LLP and recently re-joined the Immigration Department at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP. Ms. Monteiro was born and raised in Brazil before moving to the United States as an international student. Because she went through the immigration system herself, she decided to take her experience and dedicate her career to help other immigrants. Today, she manages a diverse portfolio of immigration cases which includes family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, immigrant petitions, and non-immigrant visas.

Ms. Monteiro graduated from University of Miami School of Law in May 2019. During her time at Miami Law, she did a Concentration/ Area of Focus in Immigration, Asylum, & Citizenship Law. She also received a Certificate of Achievement for completing the Hope Pro Bono Challenge for graduating with over 200 hours of community service. Prior to law school, Ms. Monteiro graduated cum laude from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology.
