Valerio Spinaci is a partner at Reinhard Savic Foley, a full-service firm, where he advises clients across complex litigation, immigration, private equity and real estate transactions. Born in Rome, Italy, he earned his JD summa cum laude in Italy and a second JD summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Law School. He is licensed to practice in Italy and in the United States, having passed the bar in Florida, New York, New Jersey, California, and Italy, and is fluent in English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

As a lawyer and general counsel, Valerio has led matters spanning a $2 billion copyright infringement litigation, the acquisition of a multinational company valued at over $1 billion, and a real estate assemblage closing exceeding $100 million.

Alongside his legal practice, Valerio serves as President of Opera Real Estate Investment, a group of companies engaged in the acquisition, development, management, and resale of real estate across Florida, Europe, and the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In this capacity, he has overseen transactions representing more than $1 billion in combined asset value.

Valerio is also an active angel and venture investor, backing European and American startups directly and through funds. Drawing on his global network, he seeks out early-stage companies where he can add strategic value and capital sources.
