rian is a partner at Reinhardt Savic Foley that represents clients in all stages of litigation, arbitration, mediation, and professional disciplinary proceedings at the federal and state level, as well as internationally. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Brian also regularly assists companies with various aspects of corporate governance, including drafting of corporate documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Brian has successfully litigated a variety of business disputes including claims for breaches of fiduciary duty, RICO, breach of contract, fraud, business valuation and forced sales, securities, and more across the country. Brian has also represented businesses in negotiations, settlements, and licensure with state and federal regulatory agencies. He closely works with businesses to respond and negotiate with regulatory bodies to ensure their compliance well before any suits or requests for information are sought by agencies.

Brian’s prior experience includes the successful defense of multiple RICO actions across the country, successful defense of a former company executive charged with theft of trade secrets, successful defense of an American importer in a breach of contract and fraud action, successful defense of a purported computer hacker in a CFAA claim, negotiating a multi-million dollar settlement from an employee blacklisted by their industry, successful appeal of a FINRA decision, and negotiating a favorable settlement in a professional liability action against a client’s former accountant.

Brian was born and raised in southeast Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University in 2013 with a degree in Telecommunications Management and a business minor. After graduating from Penn State, Brian received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2016 and was the Managing Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender.
